Chorale makes its second visit to St Aidan’s bringing a reflective and devotional programme of choral and organ music, plainsong chant and soothing words, all inspired by the ancient monastic office of compline. This is a rich seam of music to mine, which is often overlooked in favour of that written for more important religious festivals.

Tonight’s sequence promises another opportunity for rest and reflection, amidst a busy and demanding world.
